PASTOR BODE AWOGBADE

Our senior Pastor, Banjo Oluwatula, writes:

"Pastor Bode is a noted Church planter, Bible teacher, soul winner and an itinerant preacher of the Gospel.

Pastor Bode Awogbade started his ministry while working for Rank Xerox Nigeria as I.T. Manager in 1985, also then an ordained deacon of a thriving Church. God used him tremendously to lead several people to the Lord, most of whom are now in full-time ministry, including myself, Pastor Banjo. He started a Lunch Hour Fellowship along with some other people at Rank Xerox in the 1980s that became so popular that it generated waves around that area of Lagos, Nigeria. It grew so much that it almost became a Church. The British Managing Director of Rank Xerox, who was not a Christian, then recognised that the Lunch Hour Fellowship held on Rank Xerox premises accounted for the prosperity and dynamic and financial growth of the organisation, even during economic recession.

Pastor Bode re-located to the  UK, and commenced Church planting in the early 90s.  He has passion for Christians to be thoroughly discipled and live according to the Word of the Lord so that their lives’ purposes can be fulfilled. He is known for his humility and holiness, and signs and miracles follow his ministry.

Along with his wife, Moji who is a hospital consultant, and his children, they have pioneered Churches and fellowships, and their daughter Ruth has recently started an outreach ministry called 'Magnify', aimed at reaching young women of their generation with the love and gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. I can testify to the grace of God upon their family, and I am a beneficiary of such grace; they are my first spiritual parents".
