In Matthew 6 (KVJ), Jesus Christ identified that Gentiles seek earthly things but God wants us to seek deeper spiritual things as believers. We have been saved to seek heaven and make God’s will manifest on earth. We must align our desires with the will of God and pray according to God’s will. God’s purpose and blessings upon us is to extend his Kingdom on earth through us. When God gives you a house, car, business or family He expects you to reflect his Glory through it. The more you live for God, the more His glory increases. In Acts 3 (KJV), God reflected His glory through the disciples who healed the sick and restored people in the city. That Glory is still manifest today. We as Christians need to check ourselves to ensure we are spiritually fit. Check into the spiritual Gym, read Gods word, pray, seek revival. God created you and I to glorify him, so we must not make the mistake of forgetting that.
